Questions
No hidden fees.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no charge to build.
Does PrizeHQ take a share of my sales?
No. There is no revenue share and no percentage of ticket sales. You pay the plan price, plus a fixed amount per paid order above your allowance.
Who charges card processing fees?
Your own payment provider, under your own merchant agreement. Those fees are between you and them and never pass through PrizeHQ.
When does billing start?
When your first custom domain is verified. Choosing a plan does not start billing by itself, and Build Mode stays free until then.
What happens if I go over my included orders?
Nothing stops. Each paid order above your allowance is billed at your plan’s per-order rate, and the billing desk shows a running estimate during the month.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. An annual term is prepaid and costs 10 months for twelve.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. The billing desk recommends the cheapest plan for your actual volume and lets you move when it makes sense.
